I bought thid with mixed reviews, some people swore by it, others swore at it. So I thought I would just try it for myself because I did need to lose some weight around the love handles. I started bicycling because I don't like weight lifting and gyms. I took two Fastin about 30 minutes before I took off on my usual route. About 15 minutes into the ride I started to feel the energy from the fastin kick in. I usually ride for about an hour and a half non stop. I felt good and energized the whole time, never felt winded ... and my ride has inclines, off road spots, the whole bit.  
   
As far as the appetite thing ... well it did not help me there,infact I had burned so many calories from the intensity of the ride, I wanted to eat more! I tried taking the Fastin at different times to see if the effect would be any different but it is consistantly the same ... take the Fastin and about 45 minutes later they kick in and you have lots of energy to spare.

I was scarred to take this Fastin at first because I start shaking off the first little bit of caffeine but i had to try this because the summer was coming up and I had to lose a good few pounds. I read the label real good and it said I would not get the jitters so i said i would trry it out. it was true i did not have not one bad reaction to the Fastin.  
 
I actually lost a good amount of fat too. I did not quite reach my goal but this stuff gave me enough energy to stay up all night and then some.  
 
Overall this fastin stuff does seem to get you going more than anything, so it was a great enrgy pill, which really tastes nasty. I lost some fat but not nearly as much as I neded to and it did not curve my appetite.

I started gaining a little weight after I got married and then a little more and a little more top the point it was out of control. My husband joined a gym and started taking supplements and stuff and thought I might as well try somethimg too. I did not want muscles and stuff but I just wanted to lose weight. I checked on the coomputer at the library and saw an ad for Fastin. Im not used to having to guy this kind of stuff so it seemed a little pricey for me but other people said it was a good price so I got it. Wow! this stuff really kicked in from the second day. my appetit was almost gone all the time and I just made sure I had plenty of water. I had more energy with the kids and doing my other work and i still didn't feel tired. A lot of people told me I would not be able to sleep but I can sleep just fine and i did not feel what they call jiterry from taking it. I really like the Fastin just wish I they could put this in something I can make into something to drink because I hate taking pills.

The only thing I got out of all of this was a bunch of energy. My appetite was still the same, ok maybe a little less because I was doing the grapefruit diet too. But I really did not see what all the hyope was about after I started taking the Fastin. I thought I would be gliding on glass all day and not wanting a thing to eat.  
 
I do appreciate the fact that they limit the jitter making componanats in Fastin because a lot of the diet pills (thermogenecs) will make you shale like a harley but this one is subtle until the energy kicks in. I got a lot more done at work and around the yard on the weekends but the weightloss seemed a little insignificant. Maybe I'll have to try it alone next time and see if there are better results to be had from Fastin.
