I have taken ECA Xtreme for years. For a person who is using open purchase supplements, never any steroids and is focused on general health, ECA Xtreme has always been a powerful additive to the mix for me. I start with one pill, move up to 2 in the AM after my first workout and I never take more then 3 in a day. I have always seen the weight loss accelerated when using this product correctly while other fad diet pills haven't been able to produce.

If you are looking for a boost to your cutting phase, or just a simple pick me up for your diet, avoid this product. I have been a user of different metabolic-boosting agents for years (on and off in cycles), and this is by far the weakest product I have ever spent money on. Might as well drink two cups of coffee in the AM, vice one, because that's about the same 'boost' you will get when consuming this product.  
   
 Keep in mind, I do weigh around 235 before I start cutting, and I have taken various substances over the years that have surely bolstered my tolerance to ECA, but the truth is this stuff is not worth your money if you are serious about getting your money's worth from an ECA stack.
