GAT makes some good supps and this one is one of them. It tastes pretty good but Id recommend adding a lil more water per serving otherwise your last swig might taste funny. Definitely great for curving hunger in between meals and taking before bedtime.

Love this thing. I had first run into this product at the Europa show in Orlando 04/2012 and loved the sample then! Now I have been using it for the past 4 or 5 months. Great combination of aminos, only 12 calories and zero sugars. I've only had the watermelon candy and it tastes freaking awesome. Drink anytime of the day, from morning to night. 2 scoops in a gallon jug and I'm set.
