German-American technologies is a great company and I've always liked everything they've put out.... Except this. Three caps is too much and it doesn't give you that much energy. Everything else in the German-American technologies line is good except for this.

I have taken many supplements over the years. This one is average to say the least. Yes it does give you some energy, but it does not last long and you crash pretty hard. The recommended serving is 3 caps, but there are other products that work alot better just taking one. For the absolute best results I recommend getting some adipex from your doctor. If you are truly overweight it should be no problem. If not get you some lipodrene. It works great too.
