I really enjoyed this supplement. It definitely did increase my vascularity while I took it, as well as a slight increase in strength. I really wish this came bundled with a decent pre-workout, or wish it was half the price, as it is exspensive to run regularily since it still requires a preworkout.  
   
If the price was better, or the servings were higher, or if it came bundled... I would give it a 10. But since none of those are true, and that I had to dose it at 6 or 8 pills... I'm giving it a 7.  
   
If money is not an issue for you, and you want to have the best workout possible... then pick this up... otherwise wait till a good sale and try it out.  
   
Also, I dosed it half the pills (3 or 4) with my first meal of the day, and the other half with my meal prior to working out.
