I use this with creatine, it's been about 6 weeks now and I'm happy with my results – I've put on about 6 lbs and I haven't been training as hard as I could be because my partner is out injured. Great vanilla taste, doesn't clump, mixes up well. I do use a blender though. Overall it's a great post workout shake. You can use it twice a day, I take the other shake in the morning.

Intra pro is a great post workout. It has a little bit of fat and 6 grams of carbs per scoop. It also has a nice vitamin blend. It tastes great too, the chocolate is nice and rich and the thickness is consistent and thick, even in water. The price is nice too!

Intra pro is gaspari's whey isolate protein and its great, ive gotten good results and im extremely satisfied with the supplement. I take the vanilla flavor, and it smells exactly like marshmellows and tastes like them too. My friends hated it but I love it. They recommend the chocolate flavor.
Intra pro mixes pretty well, I sometimes get clumps but usually its dissolved. Intra pro was pretty effective. I was less sore the next day, and ive seem my strength grow exponentially.
