Best multivitamin that ive tried. I used to run opti-men but now ive seen the other side, the better side, the anavite side! First off the price, its about .33 cents per serving, which is a great deal! I first used this during my winter cut cycle to stay healthy and it helped a ton. My entire family got the cold and I didnt (for the first time ever!) and it somewhat boosted my energy (without crash). Overall this is an awesome product and yes I recommend it.

This is easily the most complete multi vitamin on the market. This stuff covers everything, and has everything. Anavite has l-carnitine and beta alanine which promote fat loss and endurance which is great for gym rats and atheletes. It also has carnipure, which helps muscle recovery and delays muscle soreness. Some people belive that they dont need a multivitamin but you do. People have natural defienceies of certain vitamins, and if you work out you need to replenish these vitamins and minerals to continue building muscle, and avoid hurting yourself.  
   
Tldr: this stuff rocks, grab it if you dont already take a multivitamin and stay healthy.
