I seem to have made some ok gains on when I used Gear Cycle. I seemed to have gotten a little bit moody while on this product, I did not get the 'rage' they said to workout though, so I had to transfer that energy myself. And I also had some stomch cramping if i took it on an emptyt stomach as suggested so I made sure I always took it with a little something solid when I took it and that stopped the gas or the cramping.
