Without a doubt the best product I've used so far. It works by increasing ATP levels, which will increase strength and endurance. At first I took this about half-hour before training and I felt much more energized during cardio. Then I thought I'd take it one hour before weights - wow, I couldn't believe it!! I hit some new pr's and was able to train longer with less fatigue. When I woke up the next morning, I wasn't even sore! Without a doubt, I'd recommend this product!

This stuff is good but you gotta follow the directions. Take the amount of pills depending on how much you wieght and youll get some sick results. I got stronger with out any side effect. Five tetra is awesome! The bad part is that five tetra is expensive I only got 15 servings per bottle.
