EAS Pro Science FINISH is an excellent recovery drink. it provides you with aminos, proteins and e.f.a's to nourish your body when it needs time to recover and grow after a nice hard workout. I really didn't get it in the MRP category because I kept getting an appetite but it really helped my rocovery enough that I would buy this again.
