Fantastic creatine. By the second week I notice incredible gains and was shocked at how fast it worked. This is one of the better buys out there; it's extremely affordable and comes with 42 servings! Best value for your money bar none.
I tried Cell Mass and Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate just doesn't do it for me. If your none-response to EEM, give Monohydrate a try! It's true you do get kind of bloated and gain a lot of water weight, but the price and quantity is impressive.
