I kept hearing about how good ZMA is, so, I tried it myself with this product. All I have to say is that It's true. It works!!! I sleep like a baby on this stuff. I get some crazy dreams. I feel great when I get up in the morning. Ready to go. My strength has gone up at every workout. Good product and good price. I'll be ordering more for sure.

This is the 5th time I order this product and it really helps to put me to sleep at night. It also raises my test levels while letting me sleep deep at night. The price is great you can't ask for a better one, especially since its got such a good complete blend of ingredients. Dont take it mid day because instead of letting you sleep at night, it gives you a boost. Overall, great product and great company the best of both worlds.
