Tastes great and is a lot cheaper than Muscle Milk which has the same nutritional value! Love it. Personally I would love to see Mega Shake in a mega container! I think that would be much more beneficial because I use a lot of mix per day and when I am in my really heavy training period I can kill a container like it was nothing. Mega Shake is definitely a high protein drink that is loaded with good fats, L-Carnitine, Vitamins, Minerals, Creatine, and much more. The combination of all these ingredients make the perfect environment for muscle building, fat burning, and muscle recovery. At least try it once for yourself and see and feel the difference!!

The best part of this shake is that it will mix very easily for you, you don't need a blender, you don't need a shaker, all you need is a good cup and a spoon and whatever liquid you want to use. Hey, it worked for me that easily.  
 
I enjoyed the taste of the Mega shake along with the fact that I kjnow it is removing body fat just as well. I work out 5 days a week, i'm not trying to be he-man, I just want to get big solid and slightly intimidating (ha ha). Dymatize Mega Shake is excellent because it not only helps your body, but it tastes great, too! They have good flavors too!
