I bought this stuff after I ran out of Amino X and although the flavor is good, it does mix well at all. I noticed that it floats on top of the water even after multiple vigorous shakes. Will not be using this again.

I have to say, I started the Insanity workout without this drink and could not move to well due to soreness. After finding Recoup and drinking it once, I had immediate response!! More energy and less soreness. As a matter of fact, after drinking it for 4 days, no soreness at all!!!! That....I like:-))))))

This is a BCAA product but I like it because it also has glutamine and b vitamins for a little more energy. It has a good amount of leucine and pretty good ratio. I loved Recoup and will definitely buy this again.

I have to say I will definitely be buying this again! For starters it is cheap.
It really helps to speed up my recovery while I am working out and after. Dymatize Elite Recoup gives me a really good shot in the arm and it tastes really great!
