Started out bench at 215 max then by end of the cycle 260 max Gained a solid 9 lbs and pretty much all my status went up!! I would recommend this to anyone.

This is a real review. Lets put it in these terms, I have not worked out in over 6 months... six months ago I was benching around 205 and maxing out at 255.... 1 month ago I decided to get back in the GYM and went all in... last thursday after using this product(finished the bottle, in 3 weeks) I am cranking out sets of 225 and maxed out at 295!! My stats: 25 yrs old, 6'1 198 lbs, elapsed time 3 weeks in the gym. Some serious stuff, no sides. Ordering another bottle today
