This stuff is great! I have only been using it for just a bit but I already notice gains in muscle which is great for me because I have a hard time putting on alot of muscle. Muscle Milk Collgiate will also help me put on the extra pounds I need as I'm really skinny and scrawny and will be starting basketball season soon.
