A friend recommended CytoSport Monster Maize to me and I am really glad he did. It mixes fairly well, taste pretty good and really really helps me restore my energy quickly, even when I have a realy hard workout session.
I love the price and it seems like I get a realy bargain when you break it down by the ounce.
