Purchased 3 tubs of Grape over 6 month period. Taste is so-so. I followed directions and took one scoop on training days only on an empty stomach prior to workout. Product provides an energy rush, dramatically increases strength --- and you WILL notice size gains in less than 2 weeks. This product is BETTER than NO Xplode --period!!!

At my age I need all the help I can get. I have tried
a few other brands...'all the usual suspects' All I got
from them was the runs !!! This stuff works, The taste
takes some time to get used to. I take about 3/4 dose
prior to and 1/2 dose during my training. Best to drink
water after taking during training. Don't waste your money
on the other crap. Try this first and see for yourself. |

I am 39 years old and have used all the major pre-workout products. Fast Twitch is hands down #1. You can expect strength,pumps and focus from this product. I use the GO GRAPE and the taste is amazing. I train five days on and two days off, so that I do not have to cycle. One scoop before my workout and I am good to go. Also this product will not mess with your stomach. Normal cost is around $40.00
