I guess I am one of the rare few who actually likes the taste of Cytosport's EvoPro. For me it is not so much of the taste anyway, it is what the product does or is supposed to do that make the difference. Cytosport is well known and well known for providing a good product and good ingredients
What makes the difference is Evopro, Evopro is the protein inside famous Muscle Milk,EvoPro is the most powerful, clinically complete, perfect protein ever available. whey works best when complexed with micellar casein. The point is, together, whey and casein provide protein coverage superior to either whey or casein individually. It's a bit more difficult to get all the lumps out than other powders I've used. Using a shaker cups helps a lot. I will buy it again.
Four or five small servings during the day is the ideal way to stay anabolic all day long.

Highly Recommend! You won't notice it until you realize you just can't stop lifting weights or do cardio... It keeps you moving and moving and super energized.
Just what I need to help get extra protien. It has the right amount of protein for a decent workout yet you don't have all the calories and you have low carbs. You end up getting a good workout and developing some lean muscle, while shedding the extra fat.
The one big problem i have with this product is the taste, it is horrible. I bought a regular size tub and did not like it, so i bought a couple of the little packs to try some of the other flavors and I had equal disdain for them as well. It did have casein in it which would be okay if i could get it past my esophagus.
