Stuff was cheaper the ON whey so I used it. Stuff was sweet boy. But not bad at all. But like gas prices its gone up like my anger level with these company's. So I figure just slap down a cup of raw eggs everyday in the morn and get my protien from real food. Its not hard anyways and I'll keep my self from continually taking it up the asshole from these cornwaggles.

I got the chocolate, and let me tell you something. This product seems almost too good to be true, its cheaper and taste better then Optimum. It's not as good as muscle milk, but damn close in flavor, without the guilt. Never had a concentrate chocolate taste this good, and I've tried a bunch. On top of all of that it comes in a conveiniant open and closeable tub, far better than the average 10 pound bag.

I have been on a lot of protein supplements and this one by far has given me the best gains, I took about three shakes a day for over two months and had some good gains, if u want to step it up i would recommend Cytosport Muscle Milk which is by the same company.

I started on Complete Whey in December of 07, and had major gains ever since. This now is the only protein that I will use. It has amazing taste, it's made by the same company who makes Muslce Milk which is why I gave it a try. Nice protein for the buck.
