Good energy from this product, the taste is pretty good IMO, even though other reviews don't rate it very high. I saw more strength and better recovery from using this, I use this and green mag as part of a post workout stack. I'd have no problem using this long term.

Are you kidding me it tastes fine, just got to get passed the tingling you feel the first week. Besides that, 90 servings for 45$, are you kidding as long as you eat after it has eveything you need

i started taking this product and the surge it gave me was amazing but the taste was not enough for me to get past and still have 3/4s of it left.
