I start running back at the weight of around 163 to 170 at playing weight for more versatility and. Ability to use my speed, quickness and strength and Honestly, my history of cellmass is absolutely magical with the work I have been putting in, I've taken It for About a week and my strength has multiplied drastically on my bench increasing about 20 lbs from 215 to now around 235. And when pushing your body to the limit working with a lot of reps, you will get the vascularity and the muscle physique that you have always wanted.

Nothing but quality products from Controlled Labs. This one is great for strength and getting a great pump. The taste is pretty good, you feel the difference in the gym, you get a great pump and there's no caffiene so no jittery feeling.
