i bought this due to advertisement the modle on the page was wuz fkn huge and had a lean waiste line with wide wings, almost perfect, anyways silly me to think that he actualy takes this crap, all those guys are on the real shit!!!!expand is a good supp, creatine is a tricky supp, sometimes u feel it sometimes u dont!!

Decent gains, Won't buy again but don't regret the first purchase either. Tried many other creatines that are much much better
