I prefer to take aftershock postworkout.. Don't get me wrong though controlled labs is a great company with a ton of great products like orange Triad. I just feel like in the post workout market there a little bit behind.

The Homemade Apple Pie flavor definitetly tastes like a piece of apple pie stuck in a blender and whipped up, so if apple pie is your thing here's the flavor for you.The problem is that it's way to low in protein and a little to sweet to drink everyday post workout - that's why I rated it a 3 instead of a 4 or 5.
