The Homemade Apple Pie flavor definitetly tastes like a piece of apple pie stuck in a blender and whipped up, so if apple pie is your thing here's the flavor for you.The problem is that it's way to low in protein and a little to sweet to drink everyday post workout – that's why I rated it a 3 instead of a 4 or 5.
