This is an all around solid product. You get good energy from it, and you can feel the product working inside you. Its helping me slash the little bodyfat I wanted gone, and helping me get stronger for my military PT test. If you take this in conjuction with a good, clean diet you will experience way better results with this and feel it working much more. Also you cant drink alot with this as it cripples the effectiveness. Only problem is I had to take 3 pills instead of 2 to really feel it like I wanted. For the muscle heads I'm not sure if this is the product for you but for the athletic guys its a good solid product for a great price.
