I took the entire bottle expecting to really have an appetite, actually on the first shot! Suprisingly Black Hole did very little to help me in the eat, eat, eat category. Maybe it helps more with the joints because they say it s also for joint support but unfortunately I saw no other results from Black Hole. I like Controlled Labs and their products but this one didn't do it for me.
