While I like this bar - it tastes good with a nice texture, not to chewy, it could stand to have less sugar and something besides soy protein. Yet it's a good deal because you can find it in most grocery store and super centers. I liked the almond flavor the most, the PB was pretty good as well, the bar works in a pinch but I still would rather see whey protein and less sugar in my bars.

One thing is for sure, you can always count on Clif Builder's Bar to give you what it promises or what you need. I have never been left out to dry when I ate a Clif bar of any kind. They give the protein, nutrition and the support I always need.

I love the Clif Builder bars because I can use them as an alternate to my protein shake sometimes between my workout. The Clif Builder's bars are thicker than the regular clif bars and contain better ingredients for someone hitting the gym. Extra punch in a little package.

Hiking, biking or exercising it doesn't matter what I am doing clif builder's have been there for me. I love the all natural ingridients, that shows that they are conscientious about the quality of their product and they care about the people buying it.
