There's not a whole lot that needs to be said about Met max except for it's delicious. My girlfriend bought me this on accident and I decided to not send it back.. I loved it so much that I've consistently bought it for the last three months. Sometimes a mistake can turn into a blessing.

I have used met max for years and itsa great product. It has a great ratio of protein to fat to carbs and it has some creatine. The product really works with me. The low calories helps me from bloating up. And its exponentially helped me build muscle. It also has some anti-inflammatories to help recover and repair muscle, and herbals to boost energy. Its helped me perform well for years, do yourself a favor and try this stuff
