Taste was good with both water (8oz) and milk (8oz), not to sweet just the way I like it. I enjoyed the strawberry milkshake flavor but it tasted a little artificial, reminded me of a McDonalds strawberry shake. Its also has a decent price and it is cleaner in carbs, calories and fat than the original Syntha 6 but with the same great mix ability and flavor. Best of all made by a company you can trust.
