Taste great, but give me runs end up going to the toilet more often.

Syntha-6 is a fairly tasty bar, especialy the C and C.
It seems to have helped me with my recovery when I took it after or inbetween my workouts. I personally think the price is a bit high for what you get, granted I have had better tasting by far.
There was no funny after taste like a lot of the bars out there either. I just seemed to get a little gassy from it though, about half an hour after I eat one.
