I've tried about 8 or 9 different types of protein in an effort to find something to actually make me feel like I could cut out a meal and not feel hungary 30 min.later even after a workout.I've had a hard time being consistant but I've lost a few lbs.recently which coincides with increasing both my protein intake and my workout routine.The Banana Nut is the best tasting shake going.I'm 58 yrs.old and BSN is going to help me get in better shape.
