I took it during my cycle that I went from heavy lift to moderate to low weight with high rep. After 2 weeks noticed I got more cut and defined. Makes you piss awhole lot, but duh it has a diuretic properties. I had to increase cardio some with my weight litting to make it work better. But still drank 1.5 gallons of water a day and ate 6-8 meals. It is worth it if put the effort into it. They made a good product, but it WILL NOT make you loose weight if you are a fatass and half asses it in the gym. Put forth the effort and do what you are supposed to in the gym and this will work for you. Works best when you get down to about 10%-14% body fat. Gets you over the wall when you hit 10%. I knew 2 guys that took it for 6 weeks riligouslly, ate right, and got shredded to 8% body fat. One of em won a bodybuilding contest and he is 45 years old. So it up to you. I definately recommend it. Worth the bucks. Go on line and buy it, its cheaper. GNC is a fucking rip off, dont know how they stay in business.
