This supplement is worth every penny. I've used others for the past 5 years and found they work good a few times then stop. This product works the same everyday...It does everything it advertizes. The pumps are awesome!!! Also you just cant beat the price from illpumpyouup.com, very cheap...

Pump - HD is a Fantastic preworkout First I always credit BPI on their flavors and Pump-hd is no exception the Blue ice lemonade is awesome and doesnt taste at all like other preworkouts ive tried..like Kool-aid.. This product has everything i need in a preworkout,Energy,Pump and focus.. not to mention I just felt like i could of went longer and wasnt as sore the next day...I feel this product has everything you need for a great preworkout
