Here's my honest opinion of silk aminos... I don't think they work. I think sticking to a regular BCAA is definitely the way to go. Now don't get me wrong, these silk aminos taste amazing.. But there a little bit pricey.

BLOX does exactly what it was designed to do. Have been taking for about 6 months now. I lift on an empty stomach and this moves me right along. Stay very focused and never out of breath during a set. Excellent because you can take before, during or after.
Found best use to take during. Perferred flavor: Blue raspberry
