Es-50 works. It kept me from over eating and I lose a few pounds on a bottle. The only thing is I don't like the directions. They ask for you to take Es-50 1 hour before a meal, and I have an extremely hectic schedule so I don't really know when 1 hour before is. But with that said it still worked for me.
