I bought this because it's marketed as the athletes multivitamin. It's actually in reality just a multivitamin. No better no worse.. I'm tired of the hype.. But I guess If you can see past all the marketing BS.. It's a pretty decent multivitamin. But there are a ton of multivitamins out there..
