I use this and the preworkout and this stuff is amazing!!! I noticed substantial gains within the first few weeks! As long as you can stand the grittiness it is worth it!

For a stimulant free product I cannot be too hard on BullRush. it was not what i expected it to be, but i did not realize it does not hav the stimulants we are used to having in out recovery supps. I definitely did not care for the taste, they are sugar free and sugar free and me don't get along well. Overall I did recover, it was a more subtle recovery because i guess that is the way they designed it. my muscles obviously did get nourished because I was not exceptionally sore the next day or two. I founf that if I mix this with another drink or add some type of beneficial concentrate to it i can escape the fake sugar taste in the drink. i would recommend it to someone else especially if they are not suposed to have or using sugar, this will be one of their best friends.

This is my first experience with a 'recelerator' and I guess I have to say I am pleased. Just knowing that critical aminos, nitrogen and glycogenic substances are being placed back into my body as they are used up depleted is a great thing. I am used to the stimulant effect when it comes to any type of recovery product but I am trying to stay away from that scene for my body's sake. As you get older you deplete more of your resources with all that stuff. I found BulRush as an aceptable replacement for the old stimulant recovery supps. I have noticed some pretty good gaines from the use of BullRush because I am able to workout longer due to the fact that I know I will recover very rapidly and not leave my body in too much pain.  
 
The taste of the product ... well that does leave a little something to be desired. I am used to a natural flavor or something sugarized but again I have to commend Betancourt for trying to make sure we don't have too much sugar in our system and have adverse effects from it down the line.
