I have the vanilla cappuccino, what a great flavor, I can and #39t believe anyone wouldn and #39t like how this tastes. But I don and #39t buy for flavor so I planned to use this despite the taste. A protein blend is one of the protein powders I use, usually in the morning and this is one I wanted to try. I like Betancourt as a company, they have taken each supplement in their line and added a twist to make it a better product, not just one more of the same thing as everybody else. The taste of this blend is great, even though I don and #39t buy for taste, it and #39s nice to have one that tastes like this. If this one had more sugar or fat, I would have passed on it. You can tell who and #39s using a product high in fat and sugar, they don and #39t like the taste of this blend - not sweet enough. I recommend this not as a protein that tastes good but as a good quality choice.

great mixability, dont even need a shaker cup just a spoon, some water, and 3 seconds and DONE! best protein powder i have tried to date. not really a white chocolate flavor but if your latino and you knkow the cake called TRES LECHES, then it tastes EXACTLY like that cake but in liquid form. will be buying again

I love the proteins in Big Blend because it prepares your stretched and strained muscle fibers by feeding them proteins from Casein, Milk, Brown Rice and Whey.
The Amino Acids that they include are not ones that you can find in food so I found that a unique feature to Betancourt's Big Blend. The low-calorie, low-glycemic brown rice bran, carbohydrate and enzymes makes Big Blend agree with my stomach and I don't have the bloat or gas associated with a lot of the powders on the market today. That is a great thing because I really love drinking this stuff and would have hated for that to be the ruling out factor.
When you can get a perfect workout and in my opinion, an almost perfect blend your rates of muscle protein synthesis climb mountains. Your muscles go 'proteosynthetic', promoting size and strength gains that makes all the sweat worthwhile.
