I thought i would give this a go because it seemed like a good idea to keep my mouth occupied throughout the day or at least during my workouts. You have a very good name in the industry BCAA and you have one of their products Chewies Betancourt ... you can't go wrong right? Well, the fact that I am getting some extra bcaa's was great, i didn't lose any muscle mass while i was taking them and my recovery stayed about the same compared to my other supp. The fact that they are tart, not chewy at all, have some pretty lame flavors and reminds mem more of a gas relief product kind of lowered my rating of BCAA's Chewies Betancourt. I can see where they would have ben going with the concept but somewhere along the way somebody got off track in the taste dept. Overall it didn't kill me, i didnt lose anything and i can say i at least tried it.
