I have used alot of BCAA blends(Xtend old version, new one I hate..)Amino Decanate from musclemeds to name a few) and have to say that this one mixes better than most and tastes really good. The profile is good and ingredients are top notch. The best price I have seen is lockout for 21 bucks. Glacier Punch is really good. I def felt a difference when I stopped taking it. I am have this one a staple in the reg.
