Started using this product 6 weeks ago and right away I had less bloating ( a problem with mono creatine) and I noticed more energy in the gym. I didn't realize right away that it was this product but once I had 3-4 good workouts with more energy than usual I realized it was this creatine. I don't use it on off days, I only use it on training days, 4 caps before training and 2 after ( i'm over 200 lbs.) The energy I get from this is amazing...... my long term goal is to add some size while staying lean - I want to keep my six pack. I think this can help with workout energy, strength and size, I plan to use this for 6-8 weeks so we'll see what this product does.

I was skeptical about Ethyl Ester at first but I tried it for the first time and all I can say is wow. The energy I got from the supplement was crazy. I felt like I could workout all day, I was able to push harder through the final reps. Great product, especially for the price. 5 stars  
 

I have been using this product for a few months with consistent results. I have noticed steady increases in wieght and number of reps. I have NEVER had any side effects, no bloating, no water retention, nothing. Im very pleased and definitely recommend this product if you want results.
