This is an A+ product. I've used creatine before, but never the serum. I thought that creatine wouldn't work for me until my trainer told me about MM ATP creatine serum. The powder was just a hassle I did not want to deal with anymore. I can remember the wasted time in mixing the powder, when there is a product that has it ready to go. Plus when you look at the fact that the serum is only used just before a workout, it will save you money in the long run. You really don't need to use it everyday, just on the days your gonna be working out. Prior to using this product I was benching 180 but now (2 months later) I'm maxing at 270 (4 reps).
