This is a great choice for a meal replacment type drink, one of my favorites. It seems like a lot of fat - which I didn't like until I looked over the label - but it's mostly healthy fat, things like CLA, Flax and Sunflower oil, plus you get only 10 grams of carbs, 38 grams of protein and 355 calories. The taste is awesome and it'll mix up well in a shaker.

This is one of my favorite protein blends. Taste is great as is the mixability. I usually only use one scoop with milk. Both flavors are really good.
I cant specifically say that this product is putting in the work but i will say this,I have definitly gotten bigger while taking this product, but I'm putting in two hours a day, 5 days a week. I'm also taking no-explode, amino acids, and Hydroxycut in the morning. I would def take this product again. Price is average if that is a concern for you.

This is not your typical weight gainer by any means of the imagination. This is more of a muscle builder that is a double agent meal replacement or gainer depending on how you mix with either water or milk. I have been leaning down and it is a good meal replacement I use with water. The taste is like vanilla ice cream and even better with milk. I have seen good results with this product. I take it pre and post w/o to maximize everything and I can honestly not complain.
