Works better than I could've imagined. I started taking Glutamine after a suggestion from my doctor that it would help me recover from my ACL reconstruction. Took Glutamine and started to notice I was recovering very quickly. My Doctor told me it would be almost a year before I was 100%... We'll here we are 4 months later and I'm running in a 5k this weekend. I would suggest this to everyone looking to buld muscle, recover, or prevent DOMS.

good solid product. im not as sore as i usually am after workouts. most glutamine products taste terrible, but this one doesnt. the price is also really good.

I mix this with hydro whey after workouts and its amazing. I have noticed a huge difference. I am not sore the day after my workouts. I have tried many other glutamine supps but this one is the best. I highly recommend it.
