I had some really strange dreams and starting the stuff.. I don't know if it's a natural side effect of GABA but it's really weird. I hope it wears off pretty soon. Although I'm sleeping like a baby! So I've got to give this 4 stars!

This stuff is kinda weird. it has a funny taste, and it leaves a tingling sensation. but i did notice better sleep quality and i fell asleep faster and i would sleep through the night i have also had more vivid dreams.
