Good:If you haven't hit the gym in a while I recommend taking this.Tastes pretty good,mixes very well.
Bad:The stronger I got the less this helped, I don't know if I just got used to it or not, but it's not doing what it did before.It's only really just good @ fueling me after the workout now.

This product has a great profile, looks like a really solid product. It tastes good and mixes with no problems. I use this both pre and post workout, 1 scoop each time. It's a little sweet but overall it's a good product, I recommend it.
