I used this after finishing a bottle of Glycobol + creatine mono.  
   
It functioned the same as any other creatine. I did notice that I was rarely fatigued from a workout, even when working out 5 days a week at high volume. However, creatine mono does this for me too.  
   
However, I didn't bloat up as much or feel sick after taking this like I did with creatine mono. That alone is reason enough for me to buy it again.  
   
I can't say much about the nutrient repartitioning. My gains were similar to my gains using creatine mono. The only difference is that my stomach was less pained after Neovar.

NEOVAR is a decent product because of how easy it is to take a few additional pills twice a day. I can't say I noticed a better recovery but I like having it added with a recovery drink. I also like how so many servings are in each bottle.
