After trying countless preworkouts I can tell you 'Lit-Up' is legit. For starters its mixes easily and tastes great, although that means very little when purchasing a preworkout imo, its a added bonus. Lit Up kicks in quick and you get that tingle and the energy and urge to work-out. Its gives you a 'alpha' male feeling and best of all that feeling lasts thru an entire 90min workout w/ plenty to spare. No quick burst then fades,no headaches,no crash aferwards...just straight clean energy and focus. You'll get an amazing pump and never leave the gym feeling like you cheated yourself. I use this product for both lifting weights and cardio and have never been more satisfied w/ a pre-workout. It has become a staple in my supplement cabinet, as it should yours.

Good lift, but it did not give you the focus or the pump. Definetly I've had better
