I took this stuff, No joke stuff smell's Horrible....You can't even take the cap of the bottle. It will smell up the whole room. I couldn't take it for very long, I never got used to gagging everytime i took one of these. They should have put these in capsules..I'm sure they work great if you can take them long enough..
