WOW this is a good product! I wasn't sure about this product at first, what with the "GET REPS OUT OF NOWHERE" on the box and all. Yeah, OK. THEN I USED IT.  
 
I added 30lbs to my deadlift using this stuff! That's for 12 reps in good form! Wow!  
 
If you want to add reps while using heavy weight, this is the way to go. I'll be buying this stuff again!
